Aloha!! Some of you may have recently seen this session featured on Ruffled (YAY)! In case you missed it let me introduce you to this bohemian love shoot, “Into the Woods”, starring Spencer and Steve. These lovebirds are total babes and completely in love (lets just say I was in heaven). I styled this engagement inspirational session with the help of Bella Flora and Salt on the Rocks. I wanted it to be rustic and romantic with an edge. In doing so (thanks to Bella Flora), I made a tee-pee out of white birch wood branches, topped with a gorgeous floral piece, along with a matching bouquet. I also set up a “table for two” with a barn-wood table top and the same birch wood branches as legs. The decor was simple, yet romantic, using geometric terrariums, floral plates, and crystal and gold-rimmed glasses. I also baked a naked cake for this shoot! My GORGEOUS couple brought in the element of edge and sweet-sweet love. We also played with colorful smoke-bombs at the end of the shoot for a pop of bold summertime colors.
