Brigit Mahoney & Ryan Ferguson Los Cabos San Lucas Wedding

I’m officially a Los Cabos wedding photographer! I got to photograph a Beautiful Beach Wedding in Los Cabos, Mexico.

Los Cabos, Mexico provided the perfect backdrop for Ryan Ferguson and Brigit Mahoney’s dream destination wedding earlier this month. The happy couple said “I do” in front of family and friends at the stunning Casa Mariposa, an oceanfront venue situated right on the sand.

Ryan and Brigit have a BEAUTIFUL & wild story. Both are extremely lucky to have found one another and both deserve a lifetime of happiness & adventure. Brigit and Ryan originally booked a venue on my hometown of 30A. But, things happen for a reason. That venue was no longer available. Since they wanted a wedding location that felt like a getaway for their guests. They settled on Los Cabos, a region at the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja California peninsula famous for its beaches, resorts, and lively nightlife.

I personally LOVE to travel and always have passport ready to go! So, when they made the switch of wedding locations I was so excited! (# Los Cabos Wedding Photographer).

The wedding took place on Saturday, February 3rd, 2024. The weather was perfect – sunny and in the 80s. The ceremony was held barefoot on the beach. When the sun began to set over the water and rocks, it created a magical backdrop.

Brigit looked radiant in a stunning gown and Ryan handsome in a lightweight black suit. Brigit’s bridesmaids were vibrant sunset colors which complimented the aesthetic of their day perfectly.

After the vows were exchanged, guests enjoyed cocktails around the pool.  Their reception space, dinner, and dancing took place on the terrace under the stars. Tables were decorated with arrangements of florals, fabric, and terracotta dishes that screamed Mexico!

Following their champagne tower toast, their first dance was stunning under the stars with cold sparks blasting behind them. It was like a movie scene!

The newlyweds couldn’t have been happier with how their Los Cabos destination wedding turned out. “It was everything we imagined and more,” said Brigit. The vendor, Catering To Cabo & Casa Mariposa helped ensure the big day went off without a hitch.

Ryan and Brigit’s beach wedding in Mexico was the perfect romantic getaway to celebrate their love. We wish the new Mr. and Mrs. Ferguson a lifetime of happiness!
